My feelings towards sweet and spicy guacamole are real and intense. I love it so. I feel like it is the perfect food, not to mention it is often accompanied by a margarita.

Life is too short for boring food. When I was making guacamole the last time, I had a mango sitting on the counter. I thought, even if it was not great together, it still would be edible. Not only was it edible, it has quickly become my new go-to recipe. Traditional guac is the O.G. and this recipe is perfect for when you want to take it up a notch.
What can you serve with this guacamole?
This version which is the best of both worlds, sweet and spicy, creamy and delicious. You can serve it with jicama, cucumber slices and chips like you see here or pick your favorites! Throw a spoonful on some fish tacos as well. Or just put your face in the bowl, which I am tempted to do from time to time. Please don’t judge.

Note- the chips are Siete Foods cassava flour tortilla chips. These are amazing! You can find them at Sprouts or Whole Foods and are perfect for anyone who avoids gluten and corn.
